Southerly 25 knots, but 35 knots north of Tolaga Bay until tonight. Very rough sea in north easing. Easterly swell rising to 3 metres for a time. Southerly swell rising to 2 metres. Fair visibility in rain in the north.
Outlook
Outlook following 3 days: Southeast easing Monday morning 25 knots about East Cape with very rough sea easing and 15 knots elsewhere. Becoming Monday evening variable 10 knots in the south and Wednesday northeast 15 knots everywhere. Moderate southeast swell becoming southwest Monday and easing Tuesday.
