Outlook
Outlook following 3 days: Northeast 15 knots rising later Tuesday to 30 knots, and early Wednesday to 40 knots in the north with very rough sea. Easing late Wednesday to westerly 15 knots throughout. Moderate northeast swell developing Wednesday.
